In some way, but this kinda makes me wanna go crazy cuz if i eat a 3 full donuts, it wont make me gain 2lbs, and one wont make me gain 1lb. But if it’s referring to a full day of eating pretty badly then i’m still certain i wont gain 2lbs, i’d have to eat like 8000 calories in a day sat on my butt. I get the idea of what it’s saying completely but find the 1lb and 2lb thing annoying.
